Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Rofi account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by requesting it here.
Option 1 — Delete instantly in the app
- Open Rofi and go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete Account and type "DELETE" to confirm
Deletion happens immediately — there is no grace period or undo once confirmed.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
Don't have the app installed, or can't sign in? Email us from your registered account address and our team will delete your account and data within 7 business days.

- Your profile — name, contact info, and photo
- All of your pets' profiles and health records, including vaccinations, medications, reminders, and diet plans
- Your chat conversations and messages
- Active appointments and bookings, which are cancelled
- For veterinarians: uploaded documents and gallery images
Your account is deactivated and your identifying details are removed immediately. Some records may be retained in de-identified form where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
